The Cathay Dining Graduate Trainee Programme aims to develop young talents with business acumen who can sharpen the competitive edge of the Company and help it continue to be a key player in the airline catering field.
Job Rotations
You will have the opportunity to work in various departments among the subsidiaries of Cathay Pacific Airways Limited including Cathay Cargo Terminal, Cathay Dining (H.K.) Ltd, Hong Kong Airport Services Limited and Vogue Laundry Service Limited. This exposure to different businesses will help to deepen your understanding of airline support operations as well as boosting your management and people skills.
Training and Development
You will gain practical experience and leadership development via a series of people and management skills training sessions along with industry-specific technical skills training, on-the-job attachments and regular coaching and mentoring.
Career Progression
Upon successful completion of the Trainee Programme, you will have the opportunity to be appointed in a supervisory or managerial role, allowing you to apply the skills and knowledge gained through the programme.
