People - Performance & Rewards Manager

Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of performance management and rewards programmes that attract, motivate, and retain talent and drive high performing culture to achieve desired results.
Collaborate with People Business Partners and Talent Acquisition team on compensation and benefits related activities and matters to ensure company’s competitiveness.
Oversee day to day rewards operations, ensuring data integrity and compliance with statutory requirements.
Conduct market research, analyse results and offer useful insights for management decision making; identifying relevant trends to improve compensation and benefits initiatives.
Execute digital performance management strategy and partner with various stakeholders in the implementation of Performance Management system.
Analyse employee performance data to identify skill gaps and design relevant succession plan with Talent Development team.
Responsible for Performance and Rewards policies and budget to ensure that all initiatives and activities are complying and cost-effective.
Other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
Degree holder in related disciplines.
Minimum 7 years’ relevant working experience with proven track-record in compensation & benefits operations, of which 2 to 3 years in management level.
Deep functional knowledge of contemporary and best HR practices and processes in the area of performance and rewards management.
Solid experience in job evaluation methodology and salary and benefit surveys.
(e.g. Willis Towers Watson/ Mercer/ Korn Ferry)Strong numerical and analytical skills, attention to details and high degree of accuracy.
Candidates with less experience or qualifications may also be considered for the Assistant Manager.
