Safety and Operational Risk - Quality Control Officer / Assistant

Responsibilities
Monitor the day-to-day ramp safety and security operations as per the required level of service standards.
Assist in investigation of catering/ramp safety and security accidents and incidents and make recommendations to prevent recurrence.
Deliver safety and security training, prepare safety publications and promote safety and security awareness throughout the Company.
Manage the safety and security database, to ensure all related records are completed in a timely manner by the appropriate personnel, and ensure reporting compliance with Hong Kong legislations.
Carry out data entry and analysis.
Liaise with regulatory bodies on matters pertaining to catering/ramp cargo safety and security.
Support other CX subsidiaries for matters of safety and security and completes other projects/assignments as directed by the Safety and Security Manager.
Any ad hoc duties as assigned by superior(s).
Requirements
Tertiary education qualification. Former safety and security operations experience will be an advantage.
Sound knowledge of safety and security management principles.
Good written and verbal communications skills.
Well-developed interpersonal skills and good analytical skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Candidate with less experience may be considered as assistant safety and security officer.
