People - People Manager / Assistant People Manager
(Business Partner)

Responsibilities
Assist Head of People to manage daily HR operation such as staff cases, staffing strategies, staff movement etc.
Work closely with various business units to provide professional insights and advice on people related issues to achieve organizational goal.
To implement and execute people strategies from central team including but not limited to Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Employee Relation etc.
Manage end-to-end onboarding and off boarding processes and ensure all people related documents/ database are accurate and compliance with employer ordinance and company policies.
Other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related discipline.
Minimum 5 year of experience in Human Resources from a sizable organization preferably in Aviation industry or labor-intensive context/organization.
Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance and solid experience in handling staff issues.
Good problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
Good command in written and spoken Chinese and English.
Proficient in computer skills E.g. MS Word, Excel.
Can-do, detail minded and positive mindset.
Candidate with more experience would be considered as People Manager.
