People - Talent Acquisition Officer

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities are to provide administrative support to the Talent
Acquisition team and oversee day-to-day operations of candidates’ application, interview and onboarding lifecycle
Create and post job openings on internal and external channels
Maintain and manage recruitment related digital platforms as required
Review resumes and conduct first level screening
Interact with candidates through multiple channels and handle relevant enquiries
Arrange logistics associated with the assessment and interview process
Schedule all phone / digital / in-person interviews and coordinate logistics anddetails (video and dial-in, interview room booking, etc.) and ensure seamless communication with all stakeholders regarding interview details
Coordinate overseas candidate travel details, including visa application arrangement
Support all talent acquisition campaigns including job fairs, campus recruitment, career talks, walk-in days, etc.
Support offer and acceptance and onboarding processes as required
Support all aspects of the background / reference checking processes•
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant disciplines,
Human Resources is preferable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ethical mindset.
Well versed with HK Employment Ordinance and related legislations.
Strong at problem solving, planning and data analysis.
Knowledgeable in the labour market trend.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HRMS.
Experience in service industry with frontline operations is an advantage.
