The Cathay Dining Food Production Department consists of several dedicated kitchens and individual preparation rooms, providing food and food-related items in raw or processed form. Everything is prepared and processed to international standards and requirements in accordance with specified recipes and procedures that comply with airline industry guidelines.
To be responsible for food processing with the aim of producing meals served on board.
