Maintain quality system requirements in line with the Corporate quality policy including the effective definition of the organisation and relevant charts and terms of reference for all operational support activities.

Assist to design, create and maintain technical documentation including system manuals, operational manuals, user guides/work instructions and training handbooks, and etc., utilised for cargo and mail handling.

Review inspection checklists and latest workflow/requirements and conduct quality control programme.

Plan and conduct internal audits as an auditor/lead auditor in quality assurance programme and external audits such as customer airlines audit, Cargo iQ, GDP, ISAGO, CEIV.

Assist to participate in formal monitoring and evaluation of functional delivery of quality outputs to ensure their effective and efficient implementation including the establishment of findings and related remedial action plans.

Ensure Cargo iQ requirements are strictly followed and coordinate Cargo iQ SAL performance follow up actions.

Implement on-going quality improvement process by monitoring operations procedures and coordinate with different business units if there is any new handling procedures/ standards, to have documented procedures and requirements.

Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
