Summer Intern – Passenger Services
Hong Kong Airport Services Limited (HAS) provides ground handling services to airline customers, which include loading and unloading of aircraft, baggage handling, cargo and mail delivery, ramp coordination, aircraft-load control, jet bridge and passenger steps operation, unit load device storage and crew transportation. The company also handles passenger and flight-handling services such as check-in, ticketing, flight dispatch, and cargo documentation.
Responsibilities
Provide clerical support in daily administration and operation of department functions.
Assist passengers at Check-in Counter, Boarding Gate, Self-Check-in Kiosk and Self Bag Drop Counter & other service areas.
Perform and support any needs in Passenger Services Department, initiatives, Projects & ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
Requirements
Undergraduate students in any discipline.
Good command of written /spoken English.
A team player with initiatives.
Proactive and independent.
Hands-on PC knowledge in MS Word & Excel
