Culinary product and process department

Culinary Product and Process Department consists of food research and development, solutions and administration teams providing quality, cost effective and innovation food product and process solutions in accordance with the Company’s value adding proposition to enhance our customer experience.

• To be responsible for updating and enhancing the product offering with collaboration with Catering Centre of Excellence, Commercial and Procurement departments.

• To improve quantitative inputs of all food materials to achieve best yield throughout the supply chain of food product to final order fulfillment and inter-departmental handshake.
