We are deeply honoured to share a special milestone: Cathay Dining is the first food manufacturing facility to participate in the BEAM Plus F&B Version 1.0 (Beta Version) and achieve the highest Platinum rating under the assessment framework.

BEAM Plus is an independent assessment scheme for building sustainability performance in Hong Kong. This newly launched BEAM Plus F&B framework is specifically tailored to evaluate the environmental sustainability performance of food and beverage premises objectively across key core areas: Integrated Design & Construction Management, Operation Management, Materials and Waste, Energy Use, Water Use, Health and Wellbeing and Innovation.

This top-tier recognition highlights our teams’ collective efforts to embed sustainability into our daily operations. Additionally, it reflects our ongoing work to reduce the environmental impact of our operations, raise customer awareness and support the well-being of our colleagues.
