Cathay Dining Appoints Michael Winner as New Chief Operating Officer

Cathay Dining is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Winner as its new Chief Operating Officer, effective 1 January 2026. Michael, with over two decades of leadership experience spanning aviation catering, large-scale food production, and international operations, will assume leadership of the company’s operational divisions.
Throughout his distinguished career, Michael has held senior leadership roles within prominent aviation catering firms.
His expertise encompasses end-to-end production management, complex logistics planning, robust food-safety systems, and large-scale operational execution, which will be instrumental as Cathay Dining moves to strengthen its premium kitchen operations and deliver exceptional onboard dining experiences at scale.
Michael is poised to steer Cathay Dining through its next phase of development by centrally prioritising the uncompromising pursuit of quality and excellence at every step of the food journey.
