Safety and Operational Risk - Quality Control Officer / Assistant
Safety and Operational Risk Department, Cathay Subsidiary Services provides services to Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and its subsidiaries (the ‘Company’), including but not limited to Cathay Cargo Terminal, Cathay Dining, Hong Kong Airport Services Limited. and Vogue Laundry Service Limited.
Responsibilities
Perform routine checking on incoming raw materials, semi-products and finished products throughout the production process to ensure food safety of products.
Perform routine checking on selected processes to ensure product quality.
Record the data and report non-conformities on timely basis.
Carry out internal checking on completeness of food safety and quality records done by other operation departments.
Ensure staff grooming requirement is properly followed.
Maintain good housekeeping and hygiene at workplace.
Perform data entry for analysis if necessary.
Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Form 5 or above.
1 year working experience in food industry or catering is preferred. (fresh graduate will also be considered).
Basic food safety knowledge.
Knowledge on HACCP is preferred.
Good in Chinese and English.
Familiar with MS Office applications particularly Word and Excel is an advantage.
