Planning and Digital - Contract Manpower Planning Analyst
Cathay Subsidiary Services consists of several independent departments that provides professional services to Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and its subsidiaries (the ‘Company’), including but not limited to Cathay Cargo Terminal, Cathay Dining, HAS by Cathay and Vogue Laundry Service Limited.
Responsibilities
Work closely with Resource and Demand Analysis Team to identify the forecast demand and access the manpower requirements for each subsidiary
Develop and implement manpower planning strategies and programs to ensure each subsidiary has the right number of employees, in the right roles, at the right time
Analyze the workforce data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities for improvement in manpower planning and management
Collaborate with PPL, PCN and Operations departments to understand the staffing needs and ensure the deployment requirement is well fulfilled
Monitor and evaluate the performance KPI for subsidiaries and highlight areas of success and opportunities for improvement
Any ad hoc duties or projects
Requirements
University Degree in Business Administration or relevant discipline
Minimum 5 years relevant experience
Experience in Manpower Planning will be an advantage
Strong analytic and statistical skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels
