People - People Specialist (Performance & Rewards) - 1 year contract
People Department, Cathay Subsidiary Services provides services to Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and its subsidiaries (the ‘Company’), including but not limited to Cathay Cargo Terminal, Cathay Dining, Hong Kong Airport Services Limited. and Vogue Laundry Service Limited.
Responsibilities
Participate in HRMS administration, implementation and/or enhancement projects, coordinate with internal parties and services provider in ensuring a smooth implementation of the systems.
Prepare relevant performance & rewards related reports for management as needed.
Administer and handle CSS compensation & benefits related function including monitoring & consolidating monthly roster, attendance, overtime and time off in lieu records, leave management.
Participate in various performance & rewards related projects, including salary & benefits review, salary benchmarking, annual budgeting, performance management system, succession planning that support and meet business strategy.
Handle staff enquiry in people related area.
Handle ad hoc project as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
At least 3 years related experience preferably in compensation & benefits.
Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations.
Good interpersonal, communication skills and analytical skills.
Detail-minded with strong numerical sense.
Proactive, independent, well-organized and detail minded.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese word processing.
Skill and experience with data analysis tool (e.g. Power BI) is an advantage.
