People - HRMS Business Analyst (2 Year Contract)

People Department provides professional services to Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and its subsidiaries (the ‘Company’), including but not limited to Cathay Cargo Terminal ('CCT"), Cathay Dining (‘CDI’), Hong Kong Airport Services Limited (‘HAS by Cathay’) and Vogue Laundry Service Limited (‘VLS’).

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with People Team and IT Team to gather and document business requirements for the HRMS.

  • Analyse current HR processes and workflows for areas of alignment and also system configuration.

  • Ensure system configuration of the HRMS meets business needs including workflows, user roles and permissions etc.

  • Conduct data analysis to support data migration, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the HRIS functions as expected and meets business requirements.

  • Coordinate all parties and stakeholders of the project to ensure timely completion of project milestones and deliverables.

  • Provide training and support to People team and end users, developing user guides and documentation as needed.

  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline.

  • At least 5 years relevant working experience with proven track records as a Business Analyst, preferably with HRIS implementation projects.

  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM), data analysis tools, and project management software.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • With certifications in PMP, SHRM-CP, or similar certifications are a plus.
