Customer and Commercial - Assistant Business Development Manager/ Sales and Operations Lead
Customer and Commercial Department, Cathay Subsidiary Services provides services to Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and its subsidiaries (the ‘Company’), including but not limited to Cathay Cargo Terminal, Cathay Dining, Hong Kong Airport Services Limited. and Vogue Laundry Service Limited.
Responsibilities
Manage and lead the on-site operations teams from coffee shops.
Responsible for maintaining the high product & service quality standard, development, and operation of all quality, regulatory of cafe operations.
Full accountability for each unit’s profit and loss results, including direct material costs, direct labour costs & contribution margin.
Responsible to search, identify and suggest potential sites according to the requirement of strategic business plan for the expansion of store network.
Oversee the new store openings and set up to training and onboarding new store teams.
Support of different projects according to business plans and strategies such as open new shop, OEM business.
Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
Requirements
A recognized degree in Sales and Marketing, Hospitality / Catering and/or Tourism Management, or equivalent.
Non-degree holder with more than 8 years of tangible experience may also be considered.
At least 5 years’ relevant experience in Retail, food service or sales and marketing field, of which 3years in supervisory level.
Strong in negotiation, influencing, interpersonal and presentation skills & strong sense of customer focus.
Able to work under tight timeline and pressure.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
