Customer and Commercial - Senior Business Development Executive

Responsibilities

  • Support the Business Development Manager to develop short-, medium-, and long-term Account Management plans to maximise revenue and growth opportunities.

  • Be accountable for customer satisfaction through excellent account services and effective communication with all stakeholders.

  • Ensure accurate and proper costing and pricing.

  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with follow-up actions.

  • Support product development and conduct customer familiarisation.

  • Provide sales forecasting and business intelligence where applicable.

  • Liaise with operations for delivery support and ensure that services are providing by coordinating customer requirements with internal departments.

  • Maintain good relationship with customers and commercial related business partners to ensure effective communications.

  • Provide sales forecasting and business intelligence to formulate market insights.

  • Perform any projects or ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in business administration or other related disciplines.

  • Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience in commercial, business development and/or customer services fields. Experience in marketing and sales is preferable.

  • Experience in account management and working with multiple stakeholders.

  • Candidates with experience and network in aviation industry have a definite advantage.

  • Good business senses, commercial awareness, planning skills.

  • Strong in negotiation, influencing, interpersonal and presentation skills.

  • Work independently, self-motivated, proactive, energetic and customer-oriented.

  • Outgoing and willingness to learn and take initiative.

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin would be an advantage.

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
